Arakura School has a contract with Barnardos New Zealand enabling access to the Social Worker in Schools (SWiS) service.  Maree Dickson is our SWiS Social Worker and she is on site every Tuesday and Thursday.  

Referrals to Maree can be made by:

• Contacting the classroom teacher 

• Contacting the school SENCo or Principal

• Contacting Maree directly on 027 278 7149 or emailing Maree.Dickson@barnardos.org.nz
